At WPMS we know that participation in athletics and activities are a fundamental part of the middle school experience and we are excited to have your participation in school athletics! All our of our sports and Forensics are open to all students grades 6th-8th. We aim to have our teams be a positive experience that promotes social growth and develops skills. We are proud to partner with Woodland Park High School in our practices and program philosophies.

Athletic permission forms and physical must be submitted prior to the start of the season. We understand that it can be very difficult to get physicals scheduled, so if you want to submit paperwork now for later sports, our Athletic Liaison, Donna Sullivan, will accept and file it for the future. Additionally, each fall WPHS hosts a Physical Clinic.
Physicals are not required to participate in Forensics. Note: Chiropractors who are certified to complete school sports physicals and that certificate is on file with CHSAA are accepted; however, the athletic department may require extra time to verify with CHSAA. This form does not have to be used, you may use a form that your doctor provides)
If your child receives free or reduced lunch, please see the office staff to see if that includes athletics & activities.
