🤩Last night, our talented Madrigals performed the National Anthem at the 9/11 concert held at the Ute Pass Cultural Center. They did an incredible job honoring the occasion with their beautiful voices. 🎶

🤩Mrs. Barnes' second-grade class is diving into the world of fairy tales! Today, they suited up as lumberjacks in their finest flannel, devoured flapjacks, and shared fun facts about the legendary Paul Bunyan before drawing a picture of him. Many Summit Elementary crew joined in for a Flannel Friday lumberjack takeover! 🪵 📣Special shoutout to the Fisher family for fueling our classroom of lumberjacks with delicious flapjacks! 🥞 Your generosity made our Flannel Friday extra sweet! 🌲

📏🍝 Math students taking teamwork to new heights! 🍝📏 Our brilliant math students put their problem-solving skills to the test by building the tallest spaghetti tower they could! 🌟 Not only did they learn about the properties of structures, but they also discovered the key elements of effective group work: communication, collaboration, and creativity. 🤝✨

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ This past Saturday, our cross country teams took on the Pre-State Stampede Cross Country Meet, and it was a day full of success! 🥈 The girls' team powered to an impressive 2nd place finish, earning some well-deserved belt buckles! 🏆 The boys' team showed their strength, finishing 7th. 🔥 Despite the scorching heat, our runners gave it their all, with several athletes placing in the top 20! 🤩Special shoutout to Nora Scicluna for taking 10th place in the girls' race and to Joseph Begley for his outstanding 4th place finish in the boys' race! 👏 Go, Panthers! 🐾
