Welcome to Woodland Park Middle School where we strive to inspire learning and empower growth in all our students. We are proud of the work that we have done to support students in real learning for real life. We believe that middle school is a transitional time for students where they learn so much more than just academics. Students who journey through WPMS are presented with opportunities to explore a wide variety of classes and learn habits of success that empower them to build a successful future. We acknowledge that students of today form their own future and we have the responsibility to empower them to dream big.

Our highly qualified staff strives to personalize instruction by utilizing real time data to assist students in setting goals and discovering how to accomplish these goals. We believe that students learn best when completing real world projects as this allows them understand how to apply their learning. Time is spent weekly mentoring students 1:1 in order to empower students along their journey to become self directed learners. We value collaboration and establish high expectations for all partners in our learning community.
